Heading east, we’ll visit the wine district and farmlands of Quebec’s Eastern Townships, pausing at a monastery where monks produce a heavenly Blue Cheese. Then it’s on to the farms where fantastic pate’ is made. We’ll enjoy luncheon at one of the many vineyards, on the patio under the vines and sample the local meats, cheeses and of course the wines! Nature is at its best here as well and centuries old covered bridges still stand awaiting the admiring eye of dreamers and visitors alike.
