On arriving, your first glimpse of Champlain will be quite unexpected as we proceed past the Charlotte General Store and down a winding country lane to the ferry dock. At the very last minute, at the last turn in the road, here you will gaze across the lake to the charming historic village of Essex, New York. There, you’ll be welcomed aboard the Coastal Cruiser. . . . cocktails and candlelight dinner await. Later perhaps, you may wish to take in a play at the summer theater in the wonderful old railroad station playhouse.
